Phylogenetic Tree turns a dense taxonomy into a guided exploration. Users can move from cellular life through clades, search scientific and common names, and open species profiles with lineage and reference context.
The explorer keeps the current lineage visible while users move between parent and child taxa. Search accepts scientific names, common names, and curated aliases, then opens the selected taxon without dropping the broader branch context.
The product has a guided explorer, an alternate 3D tree, and a comparison flow for related taxa. The FastAPI backend serves taxonomy, search, lineage, and graph data to the React interface.
